SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require 1-2 weeks for processing before shipment.
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS right now. However, if you want expedited deliver with UPS, and FedEx, please reach out to me. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Shipping Zones: We have economy rates setup with USPS delivery for two zones:
- Texas
- United States (excludes Texas)
Delivery Timeframes:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rose Beads and Bows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for more information about returns and exchanges.
Market Days and Events: During busy seasons or when we're attending market days and events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.
