Refund policy

Custom Orders - Custom orders are crafted based on the requirements selected by the customer. Requests to make changes to the original requirements will be considered but we do get very busy and cannot always meet the deadline when changes are requested.  However, we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your request.   We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items. 

Refunds - We do not offer Refunds.

Exchanges - If you find a major defect in your item, I will consider an exchange.  Please take a picture of the defective item and fill out the contact us page.  I will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss options.
